power on blinks (yellow green) wont let me scan

I was scanning some documents with the lid open, then suddenly it won't scan.Whenever I unplugged it then turn it back On, the Power On keeps on Blinking (yellow green) then it won't let me scan.. Help.. Thanks in advance! [pixma mp250]
