error 6001 in canon mx922 I follow the instructions,i turn the power off ,open the output tray and unplug,then plug it back on and still keeps getting the error message.pls. help what will I do?

Hello, Printer came with a seperate block that looks like it should insert in the printer for the ink cartridges.. BUT.. can't get it in there... Any body have experience with this printer... It is a PIXMA MG 7500 (refurbished)

MX860 was working fine. Now any attempt to print from any pc, either wirelessly or even using high-speed USB cable results in "printer not responding" error message. Any ideas? Thanks.

Pixma MP 620B printing but not scanning after windows 10 update.
I see that cannon wont support it in windows 10. It would scan automatically and open MP Navigator before but now says to set the pc to start the scan but Navigator says the scanner driver failed to start. Any help would be appreciated.
