In mailing mode, placement of return address for # 10 envelope is incorrect, it places it 1.5" from left side.  It should be near the left side. It looks like it's placing it on a small envelope!  Where should I look for a default set up?  TKS.

mx922 does not use pgbk cartridge when printing photos.

The nozzle check is just fine, and text is just fine, but photos printed on the mx922 have no blacks. all the other colors are fine. The same photos printed to other printers are fine. It makes no difference what paper is selected.

My MG3500 will not print. I have recently replaced both cartridges, bought from Asda.

My printer is a Canon MG3500. I have had problems printing so I replaced both ink cartridges although they were not used.The green light flashes continually and the printer does not respond to print commands.
