Canon mpx882 printer does not repond to printing command from Desktop but does from laptop

My mpx882 printer no longer responds to printing command from my W7 Desktop PC  but does work well with a W10 laptop

The Desktop is connected by a USB cable and my laptop thru wifi

The my printer trouble shooter was run on the Desktop and it reinstalled the printer drivers. I restarted it and it still would not print

Any ideas as to what might be wrong would be appreciated
