Problem with my Canon Pro-100 Printer

I have a Pro-100 Canon printer that will not feed photo paper. I have used Canon and HP photo paper and neither work. It will feed 8 1/2x11 and 11x17 but it will not feed glossy 4x6 or 5x7....does anyone have any suggestions.You will not believe this...

PIXMA PRO-100 Print Head

Hi there, I was wondering if there was a way to have a print head with black & gray ink only so that my "color" print head doesn't get affected whenever I want to print a B&W photograph. Is that possible? Thanks,jm

I have a 4 year old Pro100 and a 3 month old MX922. I want to find out the total prints made on each unit. Is there a way to see this built into the printers or software that can access that info?I can see the current job print number.
