Hello,
I have been having an issue with my Canon MF644CDW. I will get it all setup, installed, printing, scanning, etc. Then, after some time, when I go to print, my Mac can no longer find the printer. My Mac will state " Cannot communicate with any of the scanners. The scanners may not be connected, or may be turned off."
I was just using it. This will happen on the 2 Mac's I own.
This printer is connected to my WIFI network and NOT by USB.
The only solution I have found is to remove the printer and reinstall it.
Anyone have a solution to this?
Thanks

The issue you are describing would point to the printer's ip address changing and the Mac losing connection or it could be caused by the driver that you are using to connect the Mac to the printer. n this situation, you can try manually setting a IP address on the printer using the steps in the link HERE. If that does not resolve the issue, we would need a little more information to assist further. If you could reply to this with the version of the Mac operating system that is running on the Macs. For a more immediate resolution, you can also contact our support team at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to help.
