Date and Time Settings not saved on MF4270

I have an MF4270 printer. Whenever I turn it off, it loses the date/time setting and goes back to the default with the year 2000. How can I fix this?

Imageclass Mf8380Cdw - when printing, has dots down the middle of the page.
