MB2720 Black text is not aligned

Hi, how do I align the blank printing so it is not jagged? Every other color that prints is fine. I have cleaned and auto aligned the head but no luck. Thank you.

Have a prograf ipf670 that does not display any information on the screen or respond to the control panel buttons. I can get it to print from the computer. Is there a way to reset the printer. I cannot navigate via the lcd screen pad.
