I'd been getting the 'ink absorber almost full' message for a while until I removed and cleaned the ink absorber pads a few weeks back. But now the printer is stuck in error mode 5B00, which I think indicates the ink absorber counter needs to be reset (after the pads are cleaned). I've found lots of videos and descriptions of how to do this for various Canon printers, but not for my model. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks.
