filter failed message only for certain print jobs
I have a Canon MF8200. It usually prints fine, but right now it is not printing a particular PDF document, saying "filter failed" as the message in the printer icon window. It does print other documents like word docs right now.
No 2-Sided copying option - MF632Cdw
I am trying to make a copy of a 2 sided document. I can't find anywhere in the settings where it lets me choose this option. The manual shows the settings should be there, but they are not. What is going on?
