EOS R LCD stay on

I just got an EOS R and when I turn off the camrea the LCD will stay on with only the setting and the WIFI symbol. I sent a message to Canon Support yesterday morning and I am still waiting for a reply.Thank YouRobert

EOS R5 + 600mm F4III + 1.4xIII have some problem

Hi All I found that 600mm F4III + 1.4xIII + R5 when using AI Servo with animal AF the image not sharp enough . no matter how close it the object i been updated the lens with verision 1.1.3 any more update of the lens ? anyone can help  thanks Neo 

problems banding with EOS 5D mk IV

5D mark i mode knob issue

Rubber part of mode knob has become sticky and black substance comes off when touched. I have never used anything on it to have caused this. And I am not able to clean it off. I am hoping that Canon can provide a fix. This should not happen.
