Did Anyone try Sigma lenses with Mount Adapter EF-EOS M on EOS M6?

Hello,
I recently got an EOS M6 and I am looking for a occasional use super tele, so I am not thinking about going with the great Canon EF 100-400 L IS II . 

I saw that Sigma 100-400 is also available in EF version but except for a review of 150-600 sport paired to an EOS M5 I could not find anything on internet about compatibility with EOS M6.
Did anyone try a sigma lens on EOS M6

It is always best to stick with Canon. What might work off brand, it will always be a better idea to stick with Canon especially when an adapter is in the mix.
