Canon R3 with Odd Shutter Speeds

While shooting with my R3 in TV mode tonight, I somehow hit something and now the shutter speeds are like 1/1217.7 and I have no idea what I hit or how to take it off. Has anyone else experienced this?

60D Stuck Lens

I’ve got a non-working 70D and a working 80D with some corrosion on the hot shoe mount. Are the hot shoe mounts of the two models compatible, and is it a simple enough job to remove and swap them out?
