MG3660 shows paper jam but I have never had one never had a torn sheet of A4, I checked all slots as per video, all clear. A single sheet feeds through if switched on and off but unit won'"t print. Genuine canon inks in use.Any suggestions Canopus

Why has my new pixma iX6820 started printing in spurts? It prints 2 or 3 passes and stops.

New Pixma iX6820 is printing in spurts. It makes 2 or 3 printing passes and stops for 10-12 seconds then repeats. It takes forever to print a single page. What's going on with my printer?
