Hi i have a canon pixma MG5250 with the fault code U052 with a constant orange light . Which has rendered my printer usless. I have been to canon to ask for help .I have tried all that they recommended and more . Alas still no joy .Does anyone know of any other solutions,eg cheaper compatable replacement printerhead,Canon has not offered to replace or sell me one .I have always used canon products because i always thought they were a honourable company .Well canon step up to the plate and prove me right !
