Pixma mp830 I would like to delete/wipe out/get rid of 20 items on activity report. How????

I am getting rid of my Pixma mp830.  For safety, I would like to delete/wipe out, the activity report for the 20 faxes listed on the activity report.How do I delete, wipe out, get rid of, the entire activity report??
