Pixma MG7720 won't start printing

won't print.get error message (no code)is connected to WiFi.unplugged & replugged. troubleshooter finds a probelm but doesn't id it. what now?

PIXMA MG6100 - I have deep cleaned multiple times (4 at least) & still not good

The cyan color still shows white lines through it on the nozzle check printout.I have even changed the cartridge to no avail. suggestions? no improvement shown from one deep cleaning to the next.

it's printing just fine now.I tried a number of things so not sure which fixed it, but probably rebooting router again!

when trying to print from my computer.shows about 3/4 finished and then message.nothing actually printed~
