Pixma MG7720 won't start printing

won't print.

get error message (no code)

is connected to WiFi.

unplugged & replugged.

troubleshooter finds a probelm but doesn't id it.

what now?

when trying to print from my computer.

shows about 3/4 finished and then message.

nothing actually printed~

it's printing just fine now.

I tried a number of things so not sure which fixed it, but probably rebooting router again!
