PIXMA MG6100 - I have deep cleaned multiple times (4 at least) & still not good

The cyan color still shows white lines through it on the nozzle check printout.

I have even changed the cartridge to no avail.

suggestions? no improvement shown from one deep cleaning to the next.

For anyone still looking, I really don't know why Canon support doesn't feel able to tell you this:

Removing the print head is easy. Just look for the two clips either side. Soak it in something like Isopropyl Alcohol overnight. Job done - simple. Demos are on Youtube. I would have preferred instructions from Canon and I wouldn't have objected to a disclaimer absolving the company of responsibility.

Hopefully this post won't be deleted!

I hope this helps someone.
