MX722 going offline all the times

Hi can you please help me with a issue im having with my mx722. If i stays idle it goes to an offline mode and next time I need to use it generate an error.How can I stop the printer from going offline?Thanks!MX722windows 10 pro

Hello, once I hit the scan option on my MG5420 to scan a document to my MAC PC it states: "Set the PC for scanning".  I am however able to scan from the MAC PC only but not from the CANON to MAC PC.
