Hi sloswimmer,
Let's start by making sure you have the most current drivers.
- Click HERE.
- Scroll down to ""Recommended Downloads."
- Click "Select" next to "MX340 series MP Driver."
- Accept the Terms of Service by clicking the checkbox.
- Press "Download."
- Open and run the file.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
