Unable to scan on MX340.  Using Windows 10, getting error code 5 202 54.  Recommendations?

Hi sloswimmer,

Let's start by making sure you have the most current drivers.

1. Click HERE.
2. Scroll down to ""Recommended Downloads."
3. Click "Select" next to "MX340 series MP Driver."
4. Accept the Terms of Service by clicking the checkbox.
5. Press "Download."
6. Open and run the file.
7. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
