How enable bidirectional support on mg5150?

My pc took it upon itself to install an upgrade and now I  can't  print. I am getting a message  telling me to ejable bi-directional support. I have no idea how to do this. My printer is an mg 5150. URGENT

How do I get rid of 'filter failed' on a Canon MX920 when I print from my Mac

When I print something (from Powerpoin, PDF,..) I get the irritating notification 'filter failed' and the printer immediatly stops the entire print order. How can I fix this?

Purchased Pixma MG7720 and can't connect to MacBook Pro or MacBook because of Sierra 10.12.

Can anyone help a non-tech person? I know the MG 7720 is having connection issues with Mac os Sierra 10.12. Is there a way to get it to work? Thank you very much.

I have a Cannon MG5300 . It is not printing. Makes all the motions but the pages come out blank.

What is the port needed to allow printing for MX 922 when the firewall is on?

With the firewall on the MX 922 indicates it is not connected to the computer. With the firewall off - no issues. What or where do I find the port info to add to the Firewall Options?OSX El Capitan

Error 6900 during setup of Pixma MX922

During setup of my new Pixma MX922, I received error 6900 several times. I had to power off and power on each time to get rid of the error. It finally disappeared and didn't come back. But I have no idea what that error is. Does anybody know?

MP970 false Error message - 'The paper is jammed'

MP970 Error message - 'The paper is jammed. Clear the paper and press OK' but there's nothing in the paper path. Any suggestions?

Canon PIXMA MG6821

I just purchased the Canon PIXMA MG6821 and when i took the orange tab off the ink it went everywhere why?  I am affraid to put the ink cartige in the printer now. Kelly

MX922 here. Will fax connect to a fiber optic phone line or will it have to be a analog

Have a fiber optic phone line. Fax say's it cann't detect a dial tone. Do I need a analog connection?

Canon MG75** not printing images on CD

Help, Since I upgraded to Sierra Mac OS 10.12  My CD printing has been going crazy it will not print the images I put on the CD Text is fine. I don't know whats happening  When will Canon release an update?
