Canon 4100 series printer not responding from acer laptop - worked for last 3 months then stopped

Hi really need help

Laptop was printing properly and all of a sudden it now says the printer is not responding to any prints i have followed all the online support instructions but to no avail.  Please help as really needed for school work - printer is still working with other laptops in the house just not the Acer Aspire ES 15 on Windows 10

Not that it helps you but I have the same problem with my Acer E 17.  If you get a solution please post here.  Thanks and good luck.
