I am sending documents from my computer to the printer. The documents get sent, but then my it always says "stopped, no pages found, 1 page, 1 copy". Any ideas?

This Windows sequence (it usually fixes “stopped, no pages found” on Canon MG2522):

  1. Clear the print queue
  • Settings  Bluetooth & devices  Printers & scanners
  • Click PIXMA MG2522  Open print queue
  • Click Printer  Cancel all documents
  • If it won’t cancel, reboot the PC after turning the printer off for 20–30 seconds.
  1. Restart printer + PC
  • Turn the printer off
  • Unplug power for 30 seconds
  • Plug back in  power on
  • Restart the computer
  • Try printing again.
  1. Run a Print Test Page
  • Settings  Bluetooth & devices  Printers & scanners
  • Select PIXMA MG2522  Print a test page
    • If the test page fails with the same message, it’s almost certainly driver/connection.
    • If the test page works, the problem is with the specific document/app.
  1. Remove and reinstall the printer driver
  • Settings  Bluetooth & devices  Printers & scanners
  • Click PIXMA MG2522  Remove
  • Also remove it from Apps if Canon software/driver appears (optional but helps).
  • Reinstall the Canon MG2522 driver, then add the printer again:
    • Back in Printers & scanners  Add device (make sure printer is powered on)
  1. Check the printer connection type
  • If you’re using USB, unplug/replug the USB cable (try a different USB port).
  • If you’re using Wi‑Fi, confirm the printer’s Wi‑Fi is connected and that you’re printing to the same MG2522
  • shown in Windows.

This is attached to a Mac desktop. Our tech advisor has come in and tried all of the above things, and it is still not working. That's why I decided to try going to the actual Canon site
