MX920 won't print from new laptop

Hi, I have a new laptop that I am trying to print from.  When I send a document to the printer, the printer status states that "another computer is using the printer." The queue indicates that the document is printing but it is not.

Please help.

When I send a document from Word to the printer from my new laptop, I get the message that
"Another computer is using this printer."  The document shows up in the queue as printing but it is not printing.

Please help!
