MG3022 won't scan error message

I have re installed the software two times and still get the same error message. What to do now? "a required file is missing or corrupted, r settings are incorrect. Try the installation again. " thank you,.

Black Ink

Canon PIXMA MX410. Replaced black ink, now wont print black. On "monochrome" it prints very very pale yellow (color ink is low, I dont use it anyway) When I ran nozle check it printed black perfectly, but I cant get it to print a document correctly.

Can't get past first screen

I have just turned on my Selphy cp1200 printer and I can’t get past the first screen. It’s a black screen with "canon" written in white. None of the buttons are working. I can’t even turn it off. All I can do is unplug it. Extremely Frustrating!
