Hi folks,
I have developed a problem scanning from my mp250.
When I press the scan button, I get the normal rotating pattern on the LCD for a few moments but then nothing happens.
I have tried accessing via 'Printers and Devices' in the Control Panel, but I get an error message saying that I need a WIA driver. - But a but of internet digging told me that I require TWAIN or ISIS compatable scanning software for my Canon/Pixma.
Have downloaded the TWAIN compatable NAPS2 - but when I try to scan from this, I have the following error message: -
Internal Error Occurred
Scanner driver will be closed
Code:5,202,54
I can still print and photocopy normally.
Can anybody help?
