alternating zeros - Canon PIXMA MG3222

When I turn on the printer, I get alternating zeros on the LED light, then after a while I get error code e06 witht the orangle alert lamp on. I cant print anything at all, please help.

I downloaded the drivers but I don't see anything for scanning. I had the icon before but I changed my wireless password. I deleted all canon icons and started over. Now I can print but there is no icon for scanning.
