The PIXMA printer doesn't scan
It is a TS9100 series
Error code 2,157,50
What do I do next
Nb this is the most awful complicated printer to set up

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly what model printer you're using - not the series (it's usually on the top or front of the unit), the Computer Operating System you're using (Windows Vista/7/8/10 or macOS 10.x), as well as the way you connect to your printer (USB or WiFi).
