I am having the same issue my TS6420a will not reset either. I have checked multiple times and unplugged, etc and find nothing. It did this after being turned off for a while and when I turned it on it showed the error. I unplugged it again for a month and still say error. I did not see your chat button, nor a phone number to call for service. My printer was purchased 7 months ago.
