i bought a printer the ts3722 and ive had it for a month. ive printed exactly 14 pieces of paper with it and now it wont work keep saying its jammed and there is ZERO paper in it. it hasnt been moved or touched or bumped or anything still sitting on the desk and wont work. i get the rollers thing but ive cleaned themoff and still nothing!

To resolve the paper feed issue that you are experiencing with your PIXMA TS3722, please follow the steps provided in the manual using the link below:
If the paper still does not feed, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:

Once logged in, click on your product and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support and they can provide you with your available service options.
