I own a Pixma MX860 and have the 5B00 error. Can someone please help me resolve this?

Inability to print color JPEGs from PIXMA MX870

All of a sudden I can't print JPEGs in color from my MX870; but I can print text in color. The cartriges are full, and I unplugged the printer and restarted it, but the problem persists. I also have the current driver, so I'm stumped.
