I just got this printer MG3650 and installing on windows 10:
i have downloaded the driver and everytime i load up it fails :
FAILED TO ACQUIRE INFORMATION ON THE DRIVER AND SOFTWARE
CHECK INTERNET CONNECTION
i have gone through FORUMS and tried everything and useless
1. Tried it running as Administrator
2. Restarted the computer
3. Restartes the BTS windows services
4. Stopped the BTS service and install drivers
5. I do have internet. I am connected
6. Using windows10 pro
7. Not using VPN or proxys
HELP !!!
