PIXMA MG3540 prints black as pink

Hi we have a canon pixma MG3540 printer. We did a deep and normal cleaning. We did a print head alignment, we did a bottom plate cleaning, we did a roller cleaning. The printer is still printing black ink as pink. Please can we have help
