TS8360a drivers won't load on the computer OS (Windows 11 Home)

The following message appears:  

This printer cannot connect to the OS running on your device.  Please access this site from a device with a supported OS.

I have tried with the USB cable and DVD as well.  Any help appreciated!

Thanks.  That's the file I'm using.  It runs but halts and says that "TR drivers not installed"

Sorry, it says "MP Drivers not installed"

Register your product on the Canon support site and call Canon for assistance.

problem not solved. I have downloaded a 3rd party app (microsoft) which works - bypassing the need for the driver.  However it's not nearly as good

Did you call Canon?

Not sure if it's worth calling - having been advised the driver won't work with the OS I have ARM Snapdragon. But I can try
