G3270 despite deep cleaning still printing single color

My printer was only printing yellow, after doing research and redditing I have deep cleaned and cleaned the printer, and it now only prints pink! The printer is very new and I haven't used it as much. NEED HELPPPPP

g6020 printer wont print with magenta 1/4 full

Is it really true that the printer will not even print b/w only if one of the color tanks is 1/4 full?  Effectively this means that one gets only 3/4 tank use (at maximum) when one of the tanks reaches 1/4 full.  Is there any workaround?

Canon PIXMA g3410 not photocopying full page.
