PIXMA iP8750 BW prints coming out pink

richardp1
Apprentice

I have aniP8750 and using w11.

Printing a colour print is OK - slight cast but screen and momitor not calibrated. Printing B&W definits warm colour cast.

Tried printing B &W image using Greyscale in options in order to get a better B&W result, but resulted in strange washed out BW Print Greyuscale.jpgBW Print.jpgColourPrint Greyscale.jpgColourPrint.jpg pinkish print.

Repeated printing colour image with Greyscale selectes - again pinkish print.

Have tried turning printer on?off.and also resetting (Press middle button for 15 flashes) but no change.

Any suggestiond?

Thanks

Start by performing a nozzle test pattern.

If results are satisfactory, look at driver settings (double color management).  If you google this term, you'll be presented with more information.
