Just this past week, my trusty PIXMA 6821 has been spitting out blank pages. There is plenty of ink in the cartridges. I have performed all of the internal cleaning processes from the menu options. I have removed the print head and cleaned it. After replacement, the blank pages continue. NO error messages of any kind. The printer sounds like it is functioning properly.
Ideas?

Hi kb6kgx,
Please follow the steps on this page from the PIXMA MG6800 series manual to resolve the printing issue you are experiencing:

It sounds like the print head might still be clogged or damaged despite the cleaning. Try running the deep cleaning option multiple times or soaking the print head in warm water to dissolve any dried ink. If that doesn’t work, the print head might need to be replaced. Also, ensure the cartridges are seated correctly and check for any firmware updates for the printer.
