How can I turn on the backlight for my Canon G3260 printer? I have to use a flashlight to see what it is saying.

PIXMA G3060 Ink tank printer ONLY printing Black and Pink!
Help, I can't find any info as to why I'm only getting pink and black. I printed out one of the test sheets for each of the colors(black, C, M, Y) and it's just black and pink. All the tanks are about 3/4 full of ink. Please help
