PIXMA MG3620 New ink cartridges stuck

Ready to trash my MG3620!,I have a Canon MG3620 purchased within the last two years that was working perfectly fine until I needed to change the ink cartridges. I don’t think I inserted them properly, and now they are stuck. Help!

PIXMA MX920 - one color not printing

Hi there!  My yellow ink will not print.  I’ve deep cleaned, regular cleaned, auto head alignment and finally put in a new ink cartridge.  Yellow is still not printing.  Ink levels show a full cartridge of yellow.  Anything else I can try?  Thanks!
