PIXMA TS3722 - Alarm Lamp Flashing

I have a Canon Pixma TS 3722, the light by the color keeps blinking orange, its a brand new printer used only once for 3 pages. I checed the cartrige has ink, I have tried to reseat the cartrige several times, turned it off and back on, unplugged it for a while, nothing makes it stop. Any suggestions?

Some protective shipping part or a tape is left in the printer or on a cartridge. How many times does the alarm fash?

Continuously, no tape left in the printer or on the cartrige, if I touch the cartrige where the ink is it gets ink on my finger. It did print 3 pages, next time I went to use it, it had the flashing light.

I don't know where you purchased it but if no protective tape on the cartridges, no tape anywhere else on the printer, and it printed three pages, you may want to consider a return of the printer.

I bought it from Walmart. I have  initated a return.
