TS7720 - 2 sided documents always prints from rear cassette

I have just purchased a TS7720 and trying to print a 2 sided document.   I select 2 sided, but the printer continues to print from the rear tray, which does not work!  I cannot get it to do it correctly.   I am getting fed up and about ready to return.   I never had this problem with my TS9120.

Sorry to hear of your issue.  Merely selecting 2 sided printing does not tell the printer which paper source to use.  The printer supports duplex printing from either source allowing you to print 2 sided using different paper sizes.

What is the version and build of your OS?  Are you running Windows or MAC?

How is the printer connected?

Important: Have you installed the printer drivers?
