MX330 printer

MyMX330 printer has an Error Message--  Paper Output slot. There is no jam.  I have tried usual maintenance- roller cleaning, test page printing...  I have also blown the whole unit out with compressed air, to no avail.  Printer had been printing nor...

Cannot uncheck "use printer offline" status and therefore printer will not print from computer.  How to uncheck?
