Hello,
I have a problem with network scanning and I wonder if you can help me. I will describe it as good as I can
OS: Win 8.1 x64
Scanner MF9220dcn
I installed the latest driver from Canon Website
I installed Color Network ScanGear 2 Tool
The symptoms
I open Network ScanGear 2 Tool, I press Discover and the tool finds my device, but when I press the Select button, nothing is happening. I don't get any error, but it just doesn't work
The printer works very well
Do you have any idea how can I solve this specifica problem or at least what additional debugging should I try in order to find out what's wrong ?
