UO51 errror message on canon PIXMA330 series

Just changed ink cartriges. we have reloaded, unplugged, reseated with "ink cartridge cannot be recognized" reappearing on the LCD after multiple attempts .They are aligned properly, and just purchased. 

Banging Noise in Canon Pixma MG 3220 when getting ready to start printing
