I have a Canoscan 9000F mark II that will scan and copy fine but will not print from "My Image Garden". When I hit the "print" button, it says, "Cannot print because a printer by this software is not installed." I have a Brother lazer printer that will print the document in question if I drag it out of My Image Garden to the desktop and print frorm there. What do I need to do, or download to get it to print from My Image Garden?
