after updating the driver on my canon printer mp610 i get the type of print head is incorrect the correct print head on the screen, so now the printer is unusable hw do i clear this problem
I do not think it is the hardware, I still think that it is software based, drivers supplied by canon are causing the problem and canon will not admit it.
Canon MP610 updated driver software and now the printer is useless, dreaded print head is incorrect message, obviously something in the software causes this probem as it was working fine until this happens. HP here I come
