Pixma MX700:Won't print color after replaced CYAN & Magenta cartridges.

Removed all plastic strips, plastic cap, etc.Have tried nozzle checks, cleaning, deep cleaning, alignment. Message: "Nozzles not clogged". Still no color.Black printing is fine. Any suggestions?
