Odd Printer Behavior

I have Canon printer & it prints fine if i use a Word Document,but i tried to print a JPEG & everything is grayed out.I also printed a Ruby Tuesday coupon & some of the text is missing when i print them out.What can be wrong ?

mx892 copies larger than original

My mX890 shut down and will no longer turn on.

My  canon mx890 shut down and will not turn on. Power is good. Is there a reset button?

I have the b200 error and can't get the cartirdges to move out so I can change it.

I have a MX850 cannon. I have the b200 error and can see that the middle cartridge is empty but I can't get the ink cartridge holder tomove out. I have tried with power off but the ink cartridge holder won't move out.
